Exchange Policy
Any product kept in its original form of packing, tags, bills, and condition will be entitled to be exchanged, for size only, if the customer deems so. All items must be exchanged within 15 days of receipt of the good. Socks, Hair bands, and caps are not eligible for exchange. An Item cannot be exchanged for multiple/different product(s) and you can select the same item in different sizes for exchange. We will not be liable for the products exchanged by mistake.
Exchange Process
- Please contact us through the mail with your concern in detail and the purchase details.
- We will pick up the incorrect size items and deliver the revised sized items at the address mentioned in the purchase bill subject to the quality check of the original items. Payment settlement, if any, would be during the exchange.
- If we are not able to offer a pick up at your location, in such cases, we will credit the shipping costs, at prevailing rates, provided the product meets the exchange policy and you have shared scan copy of the courier receipt with us. Despatch of the revised size items would be subject to the receipt and quality check of the original items at our warehouse and settlement of payment difference. If the product received does not pass the quality check, we will ship it back to you.
- Cancellation is possible only before shipment.
